Shipping policy

UK

We aim to dispatch all roasted coffee orders within 2 working days of receiving them. During peak shipping times it may take us a bit longer, although we will be working hard to get your order to you as soon as possible. 

All our coffees are roasted to order so we require at least one working day before we can dispatch your order.

We use the Royal Mail services for all our UK (mainland) deliveries and use the Royal Mail prices for these services (April 2023).  The services we offer are:

Standard 1st Class	£3.69
Standard 2nd Class	£2.99
Tracked 24	£4.15
Tracked 48	£3.45

 

For all orders of roasted coffee over £35 (exc. shipping) delivery is via Tracked 24 service and is Free. We reserve the right to use an alternative shipping provider if the Royal Mail services are unavailable and to adjust our shipping rates based on changes made by our shipping providers.

For all coffee brewing equipment we use the fulfillment services provided by our suppliers. Currently shipping costs for for all brewing equipment products are £7.14. You can expect your order within 3-5 business days. 

INTERNATIONAL

We are currently exploring how to do deliveries to North America and the European Union. If you are based in either of these regions, please reach out on info@firebirdcoffee.co.uk and we will see if we can help.
